POLYPROPYLENE
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Polypropylene is a synthetic resin made by polymerization of propylene (CH3—CH=CH2) with H2 as the molecular weight modifier. There are three stereomers of PP – isotactic, atactic and syndiotactic.
PP contains no polar groups and has excellent electrical insulation properties. Its water absorption rate is less than 0.01%. PP is a semi-crystalline polymer with good chemical stability. It is stable to most chemical except strong oxidizers. Inorganic acid, alkali and salt solutions have almost no damaging effect on PP.
PP has good heat resistance and low density. Its melting point is at around 165℃. It has high tensile strength and surface hardness and good environmental stress crack resistance. It can withstand 120℃ continuously.
Haitian The company has been authorized by Basel for 157 brands of products, and has become the first private chemical enterprise in China that can produce high-end brands such as PPR pipe special materials, which has greatly eased the demand of the domestic market.Technologies used by units Basell's Spheripol and SPG process.
Applications
PP has a variety of applications. It is suitable for multiple processing methods such as injection molding, extrusion molding and blow molding and is widely used in the textile, packaging, electrical household appliances, automobile and real estate industries.

At 9:58 am on June 26, the foundation stone laying ceremony of Heilongjiang Zhongfei Petrochemical Co., Ltd.'s 1.5 million tons/year alkane comprehensive utilization project was grandly held The 1.5 million tons/year alkane comprehensive utilization project was listed in the "Top 100 Projects" of Heilongjiang Province in 2021. The first phase of the project plans to cover an area of 870,000 square meters, with a planned investment of 10 billion yuan. After the completion of the third phase of the project, it can realize an annual output value of 36 billion yuan, a profit and tax of 7 billion yuan, and employ 1,100 people.
